Do you offer a trial period?

We do not offer a trial period. For new clients, to evaluate the fit, we directly engage in a discussion, and work with your assigned team to ensure we meet your expectations, before committing to a full subscription.

Subscription Management

Can we pause or modify our subscription?

Yes, you can pause, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription with 30 days notice. Perfect for seasonal projects or changing business needs. Paused subscriptions can be resumed at any time with the same team members when available.

What happens if we need to scale quickly?

We can usually add team members within 1-2 weeks. Our talent pool is pre-vetted and ready to onboard quickly. For urgent scaling needs, we offer expedited matching services.

How does billing work?

We bill monthly in advance. All subscriptions include the full scope of services with no hidden fees. You can update billing information or change payment methods at any time through your client portal.
